    My husband called A Pro to fix a leak in our hot tub. They said they had a wait list several weeks out and he added his name. Because they said it was going to be a while he decided to order the part and attempt the repair himself. A few days later someone from A Pro showed up unexpectedly at our house to look a the hot tub. I explained we weren't expecting them and had ordered a part. I showed him what we ordered and asked if it was complicated to install and should we have them come back? He said its easy, my husband could handle it. They then billed us ****** for not cancelling the appointment we never had. My husband agreed to pay the bill but asked that they come out and put the part in as he attempted but it was still leaking. They agreed, came out a few days later and said it was fixed. We added water and the leak still wasn't fixed so he called again, they agreed to come back and install a new union. The tech came back again the following week and did not install a new union, but attempted the same repair he had previously done, this time ruining the $400 part we had just purchased. My husband called again and asked for a refund or repair. The owner who had been speaking to was out and he was promised a call back. The owner called after 7pm that evening from a blocked number and said he would come out and look at it. My husband explained he was very frustrated and trying to remain calm to which the owner said "you'd better stay calm." He also refused to take responsibility for the damaged part. This conversation was on 10/20/23 and the owner said he would come out 10/24/23. He called my husband again on 10/23/23 and said he would come out that day instead between 3:30 and 4pm. My husband left work early to meet him at our house and he never showed up. He tried to call him twice and he never called back.

    DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! Customer service is their last priority. One of the owners, Chad, is one of the most unprofessional person I have ever come into contact with. We purchased a pool heater from then and was told it would be installed in about a week and a half. We got pushed out due to the install day having it rain, which is understandable, but we were told that each day they "may" be out there but no confirmed date. We got pushed out a full week for the install. When the tech came, because we also ordered a filter from them a few days later, he realized it didn't make sense to install one without the other because we would have to get things repiped. I of course was disappointed, but explained multiple times to the tech that I understand it was not his fault. He said he would bring the feedback to the owners about asking additional questions and/or having customers send pictures as a part of their process so they didn't run into this problem. He apologized for the situation and again I told him I know it is not his fault, but I did share some frustrations with the other owner and they didn't seem to be concerned. I thanked the tech and told him if he needed anything else to please come knock on the door. Only minutes after, I was called by Chad and was remmed out by him. He told me I was rude to his tech and that I should contact the owners if I had concerns- which I did try to do earlier and it fell on deaf ears. I tried to explain to him what happened when the tech came out but he would not let me get any words in- he just kept interrupting me each time I tried to talk. He continued to speak forcefully and very unprofessionally to me and said he would appreciate if we found someone else to install our heater. But then minutes later he was saying how they'd be out here next week to install both. I told him that he does not seem to be interested in hearing anything I had to say and the conversation ended. I called my husband shaking and crying because of how he called and talked to me. My husband was understandably upset and called up to the store and talked with Chad. He was equally if not more rude to my husband and Chad ended up hanging up on him. My husband told him to refund everything. A little bit later, I got a call from the other owner asking for our card information to do our refund and I started crying again because of how upset I was. She tired to apologize, but I explained that she should be embarrassed that her husband (Chad) would talk to customers that way. I should have read reviews on their social media before contacting them because there are multiple reviews just like this one about how rude and unprofessional he is. Again, do NOT do business with this company.
