            6/21/2022 Hey my name is *******, I only had the vehicle for two or three weeks before it started to breaking down. I did offered to pay for the vehicle but when I brought the vehicle back up there it sat in their parking lot for a month and did do nothing to fix it, So I asked how much will it be to get fix they said it will be $738.99. but they said they could not do it bc they had a car in the garage they been work on for a month and it was tooking a part, so I had ask for other options to get my truck fixed. So basically I had to call around even thought I do have gap insurance. Still have not been able to get it fixed and I purchase the vehicle on 12/29/2021, and the day I picked my vehicle up because they could not fix it was on 3/30/2022. so just want to get it fix, get my money back or have them trade out my vehicle for one that works....

            Very shady business! Lied about mileage on the car on our documents! When not receiving our title and license plate the lady I spoke with was completely RUDE! Said she would look into my sale which she couldnt find and call me back! After an hour I called her back she got loud and kept interrupting me! She then told me I was interrupting her and continued to talk over me and hung up on me! Im pretty sure some fraudulent activity is going on here! I was even charged more on my loan papers than the ticket price in the window! Got the car home and quit running two days later! Had to put $1300 into it to get it up and safe for my 16 year old daughter! Which they knew I was buying it for her! Do NOT RECOMMEND!
