    July 2021, I bought a new Polaris Razor xp1000 Turbo. 3 months after (October), there was a " stop ride" recall, for overload to the steering wheel, from manufacturer to dealer. It was a little over 3 months before the recall was dealt with and I was able to drive my machine again. I had the luxury of driving my machine from March to October and received another, "stop ride" recall. This time for the clutch. This recall laid up my machine from October to May. I called Polaris to complain, I had purchased extended warranty, costing me $3500. I asked for them to at least extend my warranty for the time I've lost with my machine being in "stop ride recalls. The day I picked up the machine from Rallye Motflex, in Halifax, the old Freedom Cycle, they said, its was up to Polaris if they would do anything for me. I called Polaris as soon as I got home to see if anything had been decided yet. This is what I was told. They would not extend my warranty because I purchased extended warranty, LMAO!! My reply was, right!! I PAID!! for extended warranty which is being wasted on these recalls. I was also told that if the Razor team was going do something for me, I probably would have heard by now. I asked if I could speak with the Razor team but was declined. I loaded my machine on my trailer and headed to Can-am. I am now in the process of trading my machine. The machine, I loved! but refuse to represent a company by driving their brand when they are not willing to make this right. Over 9 months in total my machine was in, "Stop Ride", I have not owned the machine for even 2 years yet. I am taking lose on my machine trading it in but I am too furious with Polaris to own one. If Can-am ends up being the same, then I can say, my new passion for sxsing was short lived and I will drive a tricycle!!

    Bought a new 2023 ************ At the time could not afford the doors. Later purchased the front doors for this unit. The hinges are not correct even though the web site says it does fit. When I contacted Polaris this is their response: "Thank you for contacting Polaris Inc.I was able to take a look into your inquiry and here is what I was able to find. For Ranger *********** both the front and rear doors are required for installation. The door hinges that come with the front doors are used to mount the rear doors and the hinges that come with the rear doors are used to mount the front.Representative PG&A Customer Connections"

    **************** is very poor. I contacted ******************************* the ceo because of the poor response and experience. He had someone else call me back and provide the same poor offer of a coupon on future purchases. The issue is I'm not rich and had to spend $2500 to get a new front differential because Polaris and it's dealerships forgot to put any fluids in. I trusted the experts and now I'm out money. I'm considering suing them. I thought they would have offered to cover the cost as I have proof. But now they just ignore my calls and emails.

    40k for a 2022 xp4 pro just have a no ride recall on it shortly after purchase. So I have been paying the monthly payment not being able to use it. Made multiple calls to Polaris trying to get a eta just to be told a different story Everytime. Called today and was told a fix has been provided and I half to wait for the dealer to train their techs first before mine can be fixed. And dont worry in good will they are extending the factory warranty 6 months just for my troubles even though I bought the best warranty with the unit. Sounds like I paid **** plus in payments just for another 6 months of warranty. What a joke. When this is fixed Ill be selling and buying something other then Polaris. Lost yet another loyal customer. Good job **********************.

    Polaris is the worst company i've had to deal with in my entire life. every aspect of every encounter had been a monster cluster. Lies, BS, delays, and even stole **** dollars of my money. their lack of concern or professionalism is unreal. from service to sales to online orders. never get calls back like they say they will. they will, lie cheat and steal. their products are so messed up from factory that they are unsafe. then they keep your machine for months, lie about parts and progress. Bill you **** to do factory recall work. cost me an entire season of riding. And even when they try to make things right by offering a coupon... they wait 7 days to ship the in stock items you paid expedited shipping for. they ship it with a generic shipper that wants to take 4 weeks to drive the item to ******... Way to go Polaris... you are the worst company on the planet. You allowed one of your vendors to steal ****************************************************************************************************************** **** bucks for the work when the recalls said NO COST to the Customer. great job!!

    DO NOT buy Polaris Products. Odds are you will get a recall on your purchase and not be able to ride or sell your product. They have the worst **************** and do not care about you after your purchase. Again DO NOT BUY Polaris Products.

    Polaris issued a stop ride on Rzr xp in September. It has the 925cc turbo engine. It share that power plant and many other power plant parts with the Rzr turbo R. They originally didnt do a stop ride on the turbo r so they could still deliver vehicles and hit delivery metrics for their board. Now a month into owning my $41,000 machine there is a stop ride on the turbo r. They say there is a fix but wont say when it will be available. Hopefully around the end of the year. Someone needs to pull together a class action lawsuit against Polaris for this negligence.

    Own a 2021 xp4 turbo and in July was hit with a recall and another in September. The last recall was a primary clutch recall and a stop ride immediately notice. Its now almost 6 months and Polaris has no solution to the issue and when contacted on any information Im told nothing. All Ive asked was if the fix will be a brand new primary clutch seeing as its defective and blowing apart possibly causing bodily harm and sever damage. *** contacted several times by phone and email and am never told what they plan to do. Makes me wonder if they really care about us consumers and if the fix will be a low quality one.

    Purchased a new 2021 570 and within couple weeks the computer went out. Although it was under warranty I had to pay to get the computer installed. Now I have safety recall and cant use it again during hunting season. Cant use it on the ranch either. Called multiple times and they do not have a fix so it just sits. I guess if I wouldnt have paid cash it wouldve made. difference. And when you call nobodys any help. Sure wish I wouldnt of purchased this. Cant even sell it because it has a recall on it.

    After spending $50,000 on an ATV at Polaris, I ordered almost $5000 in accessories from Polaris off-road. I ordered something online and immediately realized it was the wrong part. I tried to call and cancel, but they were not open. I was able to email them and ask them to cancel the order. However, when I called him on Monday morning to make sure it got canceled. They told me that they could not cancel the order even though the order has not shipped, they would not cancel the order. So now I have to wait for it to come in. Take it back to ***** send it back pay for shipping and then wait for my money to be returned. Needless to say after all of this, I will not be spending any more money at Polaris I will buy my aftermarket parts somewhere else, and I will tell anyone I know to never buy from Polaris off-road, because if you do, you will have trouble returning it. I think this is unbelievable business practices in anyone buying from these people should know about their return policies. They wanted me to return it within one hour, but they were closed. Im not sure how they think I can do that. They are punishing me and I will not give them any more of my money. ??????????
