    I purchased a brand new 2019 Polaris. I also purchased the extended warranty the salesman insisted I purchased for an additional $1,699.00. I paid this Polaris off earlier this year. About a month ago it stoped running so I took it back to the location I had purchased it from seeing as I had purchased the extended warranty and its only been 3 years. This location has had my Polaris for approximately a month now. I was contacted today via voicemail. It stated that my warranty would not be covering the repairs needed for my $21,000 Polaris. That if I wanted this fixed I needed to pay out of picked another $10,000. Are kidding me???? What kind of scam you all running??? ********* ******************** **???? The solution to this situation would be to honor the warranty and fix my Polaris. I paid for the warranty !

    2019 Polaris Slingshot SLR with defective panel. Trim piece is falling off. Replace about 3 times and still happening. Their communication with dealers is very poor and they lack knowledge as well. It's as if they don't want to resolve the issue even it's within warranty period. I've wasted so many hours and wish that they could just send me the entire panel for me to fix it. I'm losing a lot of trust in Polaris along with all the local authorized dealerships in the area.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    I'm not wasting my time talking to incompetent representative. If you guys value customer loyalty, please send me the part to my residency and we can call it a day. I'm at a point where I have zero patients to work with the authorized dealer and your customer service. If not, more complaints will be filed.

    We bought a 2021 Polaris ranger northstar ultimate crew cab back in august of 21. Since then its been at the shop more then weve had it for more than one issue. We took it back to the dealer where we bought it repeatedly until I finally said enough and I had them come get it and bring it back the last few times. Still it hasnt been fixed. Polaris insisted we send it to an entirely different dealership which by the way is over two hours away one way. With the price of gas and the wear and tear on our truck and trailer it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Back a few months ago, Polaris finally gave us another year on our warranty(big deal) since the warranty will be half done by the time we get it back, Ive been faithfully making payments every month on a machine not only that I cant use but isnt even in our possession I cant believe we have no recourse but to **** it up which is what Polaris basically said to me this afternoon when I talked to ***** who is our case worker our case # is ******* We bought this beautiful machine to be able to take our grandaughters on the trails since they stay with us every summer. They had not one ride in our machine because it was in the shop mostly the entire summer. My husband and I work very hard for our money and cant afford much. This was something we were both excited to share with our family and its been the most horrible experience ever. I am a small business owner. If I treated my clients the way Polaris has treated us I would b out of business I do everything in my power to make sure my clients are happy and pleased. Im hoping somehow we can b compensated for the months of payments weve made with no machine. Thank you for listening to me. I appreciate it very much ********

    my slingshot has been at the shop for 1 month no resolutions on the problem unit has less than ***** miles on it.I need resolutions on my problem car is located at Broward motorsports located at *********************************************************************** the service rider is ***** he has been less than efficient on the matter. can you replace the unit if you guys don't want to do the Warraty work on it? can I get reimburstment on my rental as this is my way to get to work?

    I bought a polaris ranger **** side by side less than two yrs. ago and the prop shaft u joints are no good. those are a sealed unit and in most cases a u joint should last close to ******* miles. in my case Thay only lasted less than ****************************************************************************************** those joints. and I would like polaris to do the right thing and replace those u joints at no cost to me. I bought this at ********************. ***********************************************************
