1 starCambria countertops - horrible experience with both Cambria and the install company (Burlington Custom Countertops). We had a laundry room and bathroom Cambria countertop installed in March 2025. We waited ******************************************************************************************* the white countertop. I called Cambria immediately and they sent a technician to try and fix on site. They grind the marks out and then put a filler in. This is a brand new countertop that has filler. They couldn't get the black marks completely out. I called Cambria and told them I wasn't pleased with the results. They agreed to provide new material and the installer agreed to install. Well it's been 4 1/2 months and all I get is the run around. The installer said they got new material but it too had black dots and therefore they sent it back. Keep in mind no one ever follows up with me. I only get updated when I pick up the phone and call. Last week the installer said they should be installing a new counter at the end of the week if not beginning of the next week. We are now the end of the next week and of course no counter has been installed. Cambria customer service is non existent and the quality of their product is not high end. Would never recommend Cambria or Burlington Custom Countertops to anyone. It's the after sales service where companies stand out and neither of these care about the product once they have been paid. Disappointing!!!!!!!!Cambria

1 starWe had Cambria quartz countertops installed in January, 2025. Top Advantage was the company Cambria sent to do the install. To say we were displeased is an understatement. From the moment Top Advantage arrived, there were problems. The install crew was rude and unprofessional. The install left raised uneven seams. The product Cambria sent was of poor quality. No idea how it got through Quality control (if they even have it). The countertop had gouges on the edges, and notches where the blades cut around the sink. The edge profile is uneven and inconsistent. Over several weeks, Cambria sent a technician to fix some of these flaws, who did a great job fixing the gouges on site. Cambrias only answer to the other problems is to send Top Advantage to pull the counters leaving us with the inconvenience of no countertops and no sink for a week. Aside from more of our time wasted with the removal and re install, they are sending Top Advantage. We have no faith in this process and fear for our new cabinets and newly tiled backsplash. We have requested a discount on the price for an inferior product to end this nightmare. Cambria has refused negotiation other than their option. Cambria said they want the customer to be happy but they do not focus on customer service or a quality product. There is no excuse for the high-priced poor quality product that was delivered to our homeCambria

2 starsI had a tight budget for my countertops and had looked at many, many options. My color scheme in my new home is browns and tans so I was trying to stay away from the greys. All the countertops I could find that fit the budget were white with grey veining. I finally saw the CAMBRIA everleigh sample and it was stunning! It has some grey but it had this beautiful large ***** ***** waves running through it. The sample was 3 times larger than most samples so I had faith the countertop would be very close to the sample. I chose to go with the cambria slab, even though it was thousands more than the other grey/white slabs I had seen, because I loved the brown color in it. Well fast forward to install and I was in tears because it was just grey and whiteno brown. It looked like all the other slabs that I could have gotten thousands cheaper. My installer saw how upset I was so they went to work for me trying to get CAMBRIA to do something about it. 6 months later CAMBRIA finally sent a technician out to look at it. He said that there are variations in color to be expected so they felt like it was a good enough representation of the Everleigh slab. NOT GOOD ENOUGH CAMBRIA! So this is a buyer ********** will NOT get what you expect! Not even close. And you will have paid more money to be disappointed.Cambria

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns regarding the Cambria Everleigh installed in your home. We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the installed island.
After evaluating your feedback, the photo you provided and reviewing with our ************* Technician who was on site, we have confirmed the material installed is a beautiful representation of our ***************** Your island reflects the intended features of Everleigh showcasing cool gray and warm, sand honey tones with dynamic veining and movement, which is why we encourage customers to view a full slab or image on our website. If we may be of further assistance, please contact us at 1-866-Cambria.

1 starAuthorized retailer installed two slabs of red quartz, one slab has darkened so it no longer matches the other it is seamed with, they came out for warranty inspt and denied the claim saying it matched when first installed so they don't feel the change in color (latent defect) is covered but the warranty language doesn't support that conclusion. They just don't want to honor their warranty, even their own inspector thought they would cover this at least in part.Cambria

Mr. ********************* you for bringing this matter to our attention. Our Regional Business Manager has been in contact with you and is working to resolve this issue with you and your fabricator.
We were unaware of this concern until you recently contacted us, as the product was installed four years ago. We understand that your fabricator adjusted the seam at the time of installation, and that you accepted the appearance of the countertops. As you have indicated that this concern has existed since installation, we believe the appearance of the product has not changed.
We understand your frustration and are pleased to work towards a resolution.Review fromB. C.

1 starSOMETHING TO BEWARE OF: It's hard to get pictures of these white spots (oh I guess images can't be uploaded her), but when I first saw them (and there are more) I thought they were paint drops from painting the ceiling, but they were not. They are embedded within the stone. I complained to the Bathroom Store (Winsupply Schenectady) and they contacted Cambria who insisted these were natural spots in the stone. Winsupply had no idea this was even possible. Certainly none of the displays or samples I saw had spots. I had a hard time accepting this as they look so man made. I the spoke to a Cambria customer service person who also insisted on the same thing. Needless to say I am pretty depressed about this - brand new and it looks like my counter isn't clean! BE FOREWARNED.Cambria

A representative from Cambria did come to look at my bathroom vanity quartz counter after this complaint. Cambria still said that the white spots are "natural." I stand by my original opinion that pure white perfectly round spots do not look natural in the off white/tan quartz. The spots look like someone sprayed or spilled something on the quartz. Like little bleach spots. So again, I repeat my complaint and warning, if you buy this product be aware this may happen to you and then you are stuck with it.Cambria

Ms. ***************** are sorry to hear you are not pleased with our review and findings regarding your installed vanity. So accepting what Cambria says that my issues are "very much representative of and exhibits the intended aesthetics of the design," I still stand by my original buyer beware warning. Be prepared to accept that white spots that look like a white paint splatter (regardless of how Cambria chooses to describe them) could happen to your countertop. For me, this is not what I wanted in a brand new expensive countertop, and I remain very disappointed and will not buy a Cambria product ********** closed.Review fromNancy C

2 starsWe have a beautiful Cambria quartz kitchen except for the fact we have a 18 inch crack in our island quartz that Cambria will not take responsibility for. Cambria customer service denies responsibility. They repaired the crack but it looks equally as bad if not worse. I am not happy with Cambria. I would like to attach pictures of the crack if that were possible on this site. ***** ***** *****, ****Review fromLeanne R

1 starCambria does not stand behind their product or their warranty, so all I can do at this point is warn others. I spent $15k to replace all my kitchen marble with Cambrias Matte ********* quartz, which is white with black veining, mainly because I wanted it as a gorgeous backsplash for counters and rangeas shown on the Cambria website. Within a month of infrequent oven use, the area behind the range started yellowing. I constantly washed it, but within a year it was permanently yellowed. When I asked for it to be cleaned or replaced under their much-touted lifetime warranty, they said it was not their fault but the fault of the installer for installing it behind a range. The rep said Cambria has a love-hate relationship with heat and cannot in fact be used behind a range or stove. When I later pointed out how many many times the quartz is shown installed exactly like this on their website, and how the site explicitly pushes it as the perfect statement for your kitchen walls behind a range, they never answered another email or call from me. Similar complaints here and on review sites prove they are well aware of the problems with Cambria and heat but continue to sell it for use behind stoves. You have been warned.Cambria

We are sorry to hear that your backsplash has been damaged and you are dissatisfied with our findings on this matter. Our Regional Business Manager has reviewed the situation and spoken with your fabricator, Smokey Mountain Tops, as a follow up to us becoming aware of your situation. During our review, we did not find any indication this damage is the related to the production of the material. Cambria is a very durable quartz product, however, it can be damaged when the product is exposed to sudden or rapid change in temperature or the direct transfer of heat from cooktops and ranges. The stove manufacturer provides helpful information in the installation manual pertaining to the concern with heat transfer to the countertop or wall treatments such as a backsplash. This information is helpful when designing your space. In review of our marketing, we do not share your perspective that we are misleading in the promotion of using Cambria successfully in a backsplash application. Discoloration is not a manufacturing defect; it is damage and which is not a warrantable item.We thank you for your feedback and apologize this damage happened to your backsplash. Our team is here and will be happy to continue to service you in the future.T. H.

In response to Cambria's response. For anyone reading, please see Cambria's website, particularly the homepage and the page called Kitchen Backsplash, where you will see a dozen photos of their light-colored quartz installed behind ranges and cooktops. Their ad copy says, "You can achieve both beauty and continuity with a full-height kitchen backsplash in the same Cambria quartz surface you select for your countertops... Cambria is a maintenance-free, stain- and scratch-resistant material that makes a stunning focal point in your kitchen." Only after it's too late, and your backsplash is stained yellow from normal oven use, do they tell you: "Do not do this in your own home if you actually use your stove." You can decide if that is false advertising.Review fromColleen F

1 starI had Cambria countertops installed 3/20/2024 and where they meet at a seem they look like two different counters. They should have been cut from the same slab. It's horrible. We bought 3 very large slabs to do our kitchen and I'm mortified by how they look. One of the slabs was chipped on the end and the installer just super glued it back on. I noticed this after the installation. DO NOT USE CAMBRIA!Cambria

1 starInstall of Cambria countertops was a disaster. I had damaged quartz ( which the installer tried to hide with superglue) , seams did not fit together, oversized sections which had to be recut. Countertop rocks - unstable. And much more!!!!! Contacted Cambria and they refused any remedy. Absolutely unbelievable. DO NOT USE CAMBRIA. *************************Cambria
