I ordered a pair of Oakley glasses for $59 regular price $200 (this should have been a warning). I received a cheap pair of fake glasses. These are absolutely not Oakley nor are they good quality. I immediately tried to set up a return and they want $7 fee to return. I'm not paying any money to send back fake (scam) sunglasses. I emailed the company and they haven't replied.Initial Complaint

On or about September 5, 2024, I ordered a pair of sneakers from Proozy. On September 19, 2024, they delivered the wrong size. It seems impossible to get help. I tried emailing, but I got an auto response. Ditto for my attempts to contact them through social media.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Proozy and received a confirmation that it had been shipped. However, when the order arrived, it was missing items. Whenever I checked the status, there was conflicting information - sometimes it said the item had shipped, and other times it said it hadn't. Despite this, a tracking number was attached to the package I received, which was missing the items. I have sent numerous emails, and I even emailed the CEO to explain that I just want either a refund or the items I purchased. However, I have received zero responses to over 10 emails over the course of two weeks, not even an acknowledgment of the receipt of my email. When I tried to initiate a return of the items I did not receive, the system would not complete my return request and prompted me to contact them via the same email address that I have been emailing almost a dozen times. There seems to be zero accountability, and I have no alternative recourse for contacting this company. Despite this, they continue to send me new emails every day asking me to purchase more merchandise, yet every email I send to them asking about a purchase Ive made goes ignored.Initial Complaint

On two different orders, merchandise was missing even that the tracking said it had been delivered. It has not. We asked the neighbors and tried to reach out by phone, email and chat to Proozy. Nobody got ever back about the missing *** Ban sunglasses from Order #*******-P and the Birkenstocks from Order #*******-P. Both items were charged, but were not delivered. I had a shipment delivered on 8/19/24. The shipment was short a few items. The packing slip indicated the items have not shipped. I have contacted Proozy by email four times asking for a status of the remaining items. I have not received a response. I would prefer to receive the items but if that is not an option I would like to be refunded for the items that did not ship. On Saturday, Jun 15 at 6:49 PM I purchased 2 packs of Reebok Men's 3 Pack Boxer Briefs to be shipped to my godson in **************. This product was never shipped.On Saturday, Jul 6 at 10:11 AM I sent an email to the business asking why my purchase was never delivered. On Tuesday, Jul 9 at 10:56 AM I sent a second email asking the same question.On Tuesday, Jul 9 at 11:25 AM I received the following reply,"Thank you for reaching out to us! I apologize for the delay. Last week, we moved our fulfillment center to a new facility in partnership with **** Due to this expansion, we have had to temporarily remove some items from our site and move all orders to the new building causing a slight delay in fulfillment. Currently, we do not have an estimated shipping date, but please know our team is working diligently to expedite your order. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
