Complaint Against: Proozy Order Number: 4836511-P Date of Purchase: June 2025 Amount Charged: $127.06 I placed an order through Proozys website in June 2025. The amount of $127.06 was charged to my account for order number 4836511-P. To date, the item has not arrived, and there is no available tracking information.I have attempted multiple times to contact Proozys customer service. There is no phone support, and emails have gone unanswered. Thank you for the update from the company. While I appreciate their acknowledgment of the delay and their explanation regarding the recent acquisition, the fact remains that I have still not received my full order despite the amount of time that has passed.
I will wait a reasonable amount of time for the items to be delivered, but I would like to keep this complaint open until the order is fully received and resolved.

I bought a pair of ***-Ban sunglasses on May 30th. It is now July 4th.I have contacted the company many times via email in regards to them shipping my sunglasses. They give me the same excuse every time ( it was a mix up at the distribution center).I still am waiting and want the glasses I bought. If Proozy needs to buy them from another company and send them to me, that's what they should do immediately.Business Response

This company was notified by my husband and I that a criminal was ordering merchandise using our bank card. The only communication we have received is by auto reply as the order continues to move forward to ship. They have no phone or chat option. We even received an email that the order was cancelled yet the bank charge has gone through and we received a new email with a **** tracking number for the order to ship today. Quality not as expected. I have attempted several times to return the items, but the only way to contact merchant is thru their message system on their site, which I have done several times. I get no response back. The links for returns do NOT work. I click on the links provided when they sent confirmations of orders, shipping, and delivery, and none of the links work. There is no phone number and I see on ******** that MANY people have problems with non response from the company and checking reviews on line (should have done that before ordering) I see this is par for the course. I submitted an order to Proozy on March 10th for some sandals in the amount of $94. The order was accepted and they created a shipping label with *** on March 12th at 1:54 pm and then created another shipping label with **** later in the day at 4:55pm. Several days went by and I reached out to customer service on March 16th to cancel my order and asked for a full refund because the order had not shipped yet. They stated that they cannot change or refund the order if it is already in the "processing stream". As of today, 3/22, the item has still not been received for shipment and I again reached out to cancel and for a full refund, which they responded that the package is awaiting pickup, which is the same status as before. I have serious concerns on the legitimacy of this business as there are many online reviews that have stated similar issues. Ultimately I would like assistance to receive a refund for my order. On Monday, I purchased two items of clothing that came to a total of $14. I chose ****** pay, and when I hit submit, I was charged nearly $50. I immediately contacted the company via email to request to cancel because they don't have a phone number and have not gotten a response despite multiple emails. I have no idea how to get ahold of this company and I don't want this order to go through beause they will also charge me for returning something that I can't afford in the first place because I only bought it because it said it was going to be a TOTAL of $14.Initial Complaint

I ordered slippers from Proozy on September 26, 2024. They arrived, but did not fit. I returned the original ones and requested an exchange for a larger size. Proozy reported sending the larger size slippers on October 25, 2024. The tracking number showed that the order was received by the shipping company on October 30, 2024. Since then (it is now November 18), there has been no further activity on the shipper's site. Proozy support (through the chat feature, since they have no phone support) said that after 14 business days, the shipment will be declared lost and they will either send a replacement or a refund. I told them I wanted a refund as soon as possible. I have repeatedly emailed the support address and sent chat messages through the website asking for a refund, but have received no response at all (not even an acknowledgement of my messages).Initial Complaint

I ordered a pair of Oakley glasses for $59 regular price $200 (this should have been a warning). I received a cheap pair of fake glasses. These are absolutely not Oakley nor are they good quality. I immediately tried to set up a return and they want $7 fee to return. I'm not paying any money to send back fake (scam) sunglasses. I emailed the company and they haven't replied.
