5 starsVery good service and excellent communication with the crew. ********* has his work down to a science and despite the "very dirty nature" of egress well work they controlled the environment to eliminate the majority of the dust, mud, and crud of the job which is extensive. While the prices of egress work are expensive, without the equipment, experience, and ability to navigate the administrative end with local government, utilities and permits the *** people will struggle with the labor and work required and never complete the project in the short time SWCS can. Good value, industry comparable pricing and a professional crew is worth the cost and tremendous time savings, not to mention the increase in home value and safety.Standard Water Control Systems

2 starsWork on the egress trim was good but I told originally 800$ for cedar option on the first phone call and on the.second.phone.call it was 1100$ and i was told 1100$ After the job was completed, and I was never told of.addtional cost to finish the egress window on the.inside.which put.the.entire job over 4400$ when.completed, the company should of been straight forward with their pricing in the first place.Standard Water Control Systems

5 starsWe had Standard provide a connection to the citys storm water sewer for sump water and based on our complete satisfaction with that work, we had them waterproof the lowest level of our 4 level split home. As before, they were on schedule and performed the work as specified. The builder had installed a drainage system when the home was built but the block walls were getting wet. All is dry now, so we can finish that level with the confidence that the water will be contained.Standard Water Control Systems

5 starsOn 11/10 *** came to my house to help me deal with battery problems on my sump system. He took care of the problem quickly. He them gave me a tutorial on my sump and backup systems and answered all questions that I could think of. *** was the person that originally installed my sump pump and recommended the backup for me. Before Standard we had replaced carpet in our basement twice. They have taken care of all of our worries about power failures In our area. I would highly recommend Standard Water Control Systems to anyone that has the slightest worry about water problems in their house. They are arrived quickly, performed their service professionally, and were reasonably priced. Thank you for all you have done for us. I have you on my speed dial. 5 starsEstimator was polite, professional, timely, listened to what our needs were and then shared why what he was recommending was needed. Standard water was the only provider that proposed solving the problem by waterproofing the exterior versus simply managing the problem by bringing the water inside. As a bit of information, after I had selected Standard Water, I had an opportunity to visit with the building inspector who was at the home for another reason and he said that he was glad to hear that we were solving the problem rather than simply managing it, which was actually more costly. As an aside, Standard Water also offers inside solutions. Once our project was scheduled, they kept to the date, team called about 1/2 hour prior to arriving at the home to let us know that they were coming. Most all of the team members introduced themselves to me right away, all were polite and professional. Got right to work, dug about 11' deep to the bottom of our footings by hand! Also installed Kevlar Fortress straps on an inside corner where we had a sheer crack in the concrete clock wall. Built a plastic tent inside to control the dust associated with grinding that was done and also used a HEPA air purifier. You couldn't tell that they had made a mess inside after they were done. Did a nice job with all of the work that needed to be done and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Although we haven't had any rain since the waterproofing was completed, base on what I observed, I don't think that we have anything to worry about. I would have no qualms about giving Standard Waterproofing a very positive recommendation!Standard Water Control Systems
