5 starsI chose Standard Water Control Systems to stabilize our foundation for two reasons. The company installed a drain tile/sump pump system in our house over 30 years ago and we haven't had a problem since then. The other reason is my neighbor used them to stabilize his foundation and he hasn't seen any movement in the dozen years since the installation.
The stabilization project was professionally done from the estimate provided by Michael through the installation by Rob who worked through the lunch hour to complete the work.Standard Water Control Systems

5 starsWe had a radon mitigation put in. They did the work in a timely fashion and cleaned up after themselves. When we retested for radon our numbers where good.Standard Water Control Systems

1 starTerrible experience. I contacted the company to see if they would inspect our drain tile system that they had installed in **** because we had not had water coming in the sump well for a couple of years. I was met with rude people and a service person that sounded like they would rather do anything than stand behind their warranty, or at least provide a little customer service.Standard Water Control Systems

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Here is the email I sent the customer after he did not want to have ** out for service: "I saw your review at the BBB and just wanted to follow up with you. Sounds like you have some questions in regards to the system we installed. I am sorry you felt **** was rude with you so you have my apologies. **** is an exceptional employee who has been with us for 42 years and does care about customers. It sounds like you may want us to evaluate or reevaluate your system. We have a $250 charge for an evaluation and system check and this includes the travel time - we've had the same price for 6 years and it's a good value. If for whatever reason your situation is covered under our lifetime of structure warranty, then there is no charge. Let us know if you would like to have us out. 5 stars*** came out to check our sump pump and found it was working okay. However, it being 20 years old, I decided to upgrade it to a better model. He did the job very well and added the backup which we wanted to begin with, anyway. I feel well prepared for anything that *** happen now! Thanks!!Standard Water Control Systems
