            I cancelled my subscription with this business in April. It is October and I am still being charged every month despite tons of emails being sent and a letter in the mail. There is no other way to contact this business besides email. They tell their customers to just email *************************************** It lists that you can cancel on the dashboard, but I have looked for months and there is no button for cancellation. They do not give a phone number but I was able to find their physical address on this site. I contacted my credit card company and they have been able to regain my money every month for me. However, they tell me they cannot block this merchant from charging me. Would it be possible for the BBB to reach out to them about this? I do not want to cancel my credit card just to get them from charging me. I have tons of auto bill payments connected to this card. I would love for this business to contact me back so we can cancel my subscription.

            I canceled this subscription in May and it still charges me every month (is it now September). I get no reply when I email this business and the phone number listed is not a working number. Therefore their customer service is nonexistent. I would give this business 0 stars if I could. Do not subscribe to this website- you will have to cancel your credit card to get them to stop charging you.
