      This Company is a complete fraud.. Ordered a class ring in March 2024 paid in full for my daughter. Her ring dance is on April 20th 2024, we received an email April 9th that her ring was finished and ready for pickup. She went to pick it up today April 18th before her dance and they told her there's no ring for her there. We called Jostens and they said they just sent the ring today April 18th and it wouldn't arrive till April 27th 2024. That's well after her ring dance and when.we asked about the email they sent saying it was ready, Jostens response was that email was an accident or a fraud. We forwarded the email to Jostens so they could see what they sent us and they had no answer. This also happened last year to my nephew. Jostens takes your money claiming they'll have your ring in time for ring dance, send fraudulent emails claiming it's ready but then fail to provide you with the product you've paid for. This seems very consistent across the board with this company by taking money promising your product will be there on time and failing over and over again. What a disgrace for an ***************** They need to do better!

      I ordered my daughters yearbook for the 2022-2023 school year and it was just received 4/10/24, a full YEAR after the school year ended in 2023. This is absurd and shows that Jostens is holding on to payments for almost TWO years (the orders were received in October 2022). I am petitioning our school to cancel and never use Jostens again.

      Horrible company!! Declined card for being out of state. WHAT??? My bank fixed it. All THREE times. Got cap snd gown paid for, but was not delivered to school with the rest. My daughter was so disappointed. Ordered yearbook and paid in full ( I thought) after bank fixing it again!!! Jostens put me on payment plan and 2nd payment was declined again. So many hours on hold, waiting for return calls that never came. Blamed it on me. Really? I ordered on the phone. Jostens, you suck!!!

      0/5 stars. Ordered a diploma frame 4 months ago. This company sent me the wrong frame. When I asked for a replacement, it has been months. They keep saying they are escalating the issue and to keep waiting for a tracking number. I have been told itd arrive March 5th, March 25th, March 28th, and now April 8th. They keep saying it sjipped but they have no tracking number. My *** app shows no package in route to me. This company is a scam and they have horrible business practices. They lie and cheat.

      Ordered a ring 1 month ago made 2 payments as well as a 400 dollar graduate pkg for my child who is now jot going to graduate. Called to cancel something they haven't even made and I owe them more money and receive no products? This is the WORST company ever. And have the market cornered.

      I purchased a class ring from Jostens with a Lifetime Warranty, resizing is specifically stated as part of the warranty. I recently sent it back for resizing. They could not resize my ring because they say the process by which mine was made is no longer available. The new design is very unattractive so I declined to have my ring resized (remade) in the new style. I noticed their warranty is now listed as limited even though mine was unlimited (supposedly). I was very disappointed in the company, apparently the changes in the process are cheaper on their end.

      Charged my account fraudulently again after the item was already paid in full and asked for a screenshot of my personal bank account records to prove it. Refused to refund my account and forced me to contact my bank to deal with the matter. I would give zero stars but I am forced to rate them. Do not give them your debit card.

      I would like to warn others about deceptitve practices when ordering graduation cap and gown. A cap and gown "unit" includes, cap, gown AND TASSEL at a cost of $33.00. It is never explained on the order form or website that the "cap and gown unit" also comes with the tassel. Therefore, you are lead to believe that you need to also order the tassel separately at the cost of $22.00. You end up with two tassels, almost double the price, and no way to get your money back for one of the tassels when you realize the unit came with a tassel. Our high school only contracts with one graduation company, so we have no other choice but to buy from Jostens. In addition, the ordering system was confusing and difficult and lacks modernization.

      Cancelled an order. Two weeks later the charges come out of my account STILL. Call to find resolution, no record of my order but yet money is still coming out. W9304800 JOSTENS!! I will not rest until I get my money back. Now I have to close a bank account to ensure you never steal from me again. Thanks for putting a damper on our Christmas you crooks.
