      This is the worst company to buy from. Their reps are very bad. They should not be able to sell in *****************. It is the hardest company to work with. They refer you to their reps that in most cases have the worst business habits. I called my rep and they did not get back to me. It was over 2 weeks. Stay clear of this company. If I could give a zero star I would.

      These are the worst hearing aids ever made. They don't fix any problems. If you send them back you may never get your hearing aids back the same year. Please I beg you don't buy these

      Do not buy. Very expensive and only warranted for 1 year on battery charger and 3 years heating aids. Making a lot of money and so not stand behind their product. Most hearing devices from other companies have a 5 year minimum warranty.

      I paid around $6,000 (in other words: a lot of money) for my ReSound rechargeable hearing aid devices, recommended by my audiologist at the **************************. I like that, when connected to the App, phone calls go directly to my devices, making it much easier to have a conversation and control the devices through the App.The operative words are when connected. Ever since installing iOS 15 on my iPhone, the devices disconnect from the App without warning, rhyme or reason. The ReSound tech support wizards emailed me a fix that only takes a few minutes, but its still annoying, and frankly I paid way, way, way too much for these devices to have to fix them myself. I dont know which brand hearing aid devices Ill buy next time, but I do know they wont be made by ReSound.

      They sell you hearing aids that don't work! Two years ago I purchased their hearing aids from ******************, at that time I had an Apple phone. About 4 months ago my apple phone needed a new battery and could not replaced. I could not afford to spend $1500 on a new Apple phone so I called ReSound and asked what phone would work with my hearing aids. I was told to purchase a ******* SF21 5G which I did on their recommendation. I took my new phone and hearing aids to ****** to have the phone paired to the hearing aids. After several attempts to pair the hearing aids they finally got them to work. I left ****** to go home which is probably 20 minutes away, the hearing aids were not working by the time I got home! I called ****** and was told to come back and they would repair them to the phone. Long story short I have been back and forth to ****** to get my hearing aids to work and I am now told that there is a problem with the programing involved in a system 18 which an Android phone uses. Now I'm told that ReSound hearing aids only work with an IPhone. ****** has contacted ReSound on my behalf as well and told it's Googles fault. I want my hearing aids fixed or I want a new pair of hearing aids that will work with my phone. I am a senior on a limited income and can't afford to be purchasing new phones every 4 month or hearing aids every time I need to changes phones. The customer service at ******************** keeps points fingers at everyone other than own product. I need help to get my hearing aids to work with my phone.

      Buyer BEWARE! This company will take your money and leave you with nothing more than a pair of ear plugs. Their product does not work consistently nor will the company honor their warranty.
