Refund and Exchange Policy: The original Radco receipt is required for all returns, exchanges and warranty repair services. Returns or Exchanges are accepted with-in 30 days of purchase. The product must be in the original packaging and in new condition (Uninstalled). All Special Order and/or painted items are not returnable. No refunds allowed on Gift Certificates, labor charges, freight charges, lost time or mileage. A 15% restocking charge may apply on items we accept for return.

Refunds for purchases made by check will require a waiting period to insure the check has cleared. Refunds for purchases made by credit card will be issued to the same credit card. Refunds for purchases made by cash and are less than $50.00, will be made with cash provide adequate cash is available. Refunds for purchases made by cash and are over $50.00, will be made by check issued from Radco corporate office. In store credits will be held for 1 year from the date the credit was issued.
