      They installed a new damaged topper on my 2023 Tacoma vehicle. There is damage to a corner, the color doesn't match the vehicle, the door didn't close. The manage from Radco bent the door to get it closed. Now it is in contact with the jamb and rubbed off the finish. The interior light does not work. They made me pay in full before I can leave their store. They refused to take off the topper thus extorting money from me. I want Radco to take their topper back and issue a refund back to me including the installation costs.

      We certainly apologize for the poor communication at the store level, and we believe we have satisfied ************************ complaint as follows:  Upon receipt of this complaint through the BBB portal on April 17, 2023, *********************** (Radco Director of Store Operations) contacted ********************. They discussed ************************ concerns, and discussed some options for remedy (which could include submitting a claim to the Leer Warranty process, the Guest keeping the topper, or Radco keeping the topper & issuing a refund). ******************** has an appointment at Radco Fargo today - May 01, 2023. ******************** has chosen and decided that he did not want to attempt a fix or repair for this topper, through the vendor. ******************** wants a full refund. At ************************ request, we will be removing the topper form his truck today and will be issuing a full refund to him. This will take approximately 7 to 10 days following today's appointment.

      I have been trying to purchase replacement rails for the Leer Locker in the Leer topper which I purchased from Radco in 2016. Starting in late July I left several messages for the Burnsville store because they would not answer their phone during normal business hours. In early August I was finally able to talk to a person by the name of **** who is the store manager. I explained to him what I needed and he said he would look into it and call me back. I never heard from him again. On September 6th I called the customer service department and explained my problem. I was assured that the regional manager would reach out to me. I followed up on September 10th with their customer support department but never received a call back. I also tried to contact the manufacturer to purchase what I need but they also have never responded to my inquiry. I would like to be able to purchase replacement rails for my topper so that I can use it as intended.

      We apologize for the extreme delay in responding to this complaint. ************** references **** as the Store Manager he spoke to in August 2022.  **** is no longer with our company, and this certainly is not an excuse for not getting back to **************, or providing ************** with answers and support for his inquiries and product needs. Our Director of Radco Store Operations, ***********************, has called ************** twice since we have received this BBB complaint. On the 2nd call to ************************** did leave a message. We have not received a call back from ************** yet. ***** will call ************** again in hopes of reaching him, to assist him.  Our Guest records show the last transaction with ************** was in January 2020. We do not have any open orders for this Guest. We will continue to attempt to reach ************** to assist him with his inquiry. Thank you!
