This is an added complaint to Complaint Number. 16351061. The landlord/ owner/ management. Shut of our heat about 43 days ago! Landlord management held an eviction hearing on Dec 22, 2021. One hour before the hearing management/ owner/ whoever, turned our heat back on! We informed the judge of this factor. Judgement was for a pay and stay. They wanted to evict us! But the wrong paperwork was filed! Management then again retaliated and shut off our heat again before we returned to the room from the hearing, we attended the hearing only management attended by Zoom. We have a small space heater to heat the room we bought the night they turned off our heat!! I have filed complaints with the Fed Ex. the consumer financial protection agency. Rite aid. Safelink the FCC. Amazon, The Pennsylvania Attorney General office, The BBB, civil rights. Justice. Gov. The senior elder abuse hotline. Usps, Catholic charities, the Allentown tenant association. 211 and others. I don’t know what else to do please help! how can this business be legally allowed to turn off heat! We called Allentown police still no heat!! Please help!! I had to place my mail on hold they are rejecting all my mail at the front desk they had even placed a slash return on my social security mail. This should be considered a crime thank God I recovered this letter before it was returned. The social security stops payment on all accounts upon receiving retuned mail. I am live here this is fraud not to receive mail if I am in this building and done for retaliation eviction purposes and to intentionally harm me! I AM DEMANDING A REVIEW OF HIS BUSINESS PRACTICES AND LICENSE
