We repair leaks in basements using the following methods:


If necessary, we install a Drain Tile System (Interior or Exterior).  This would include a Sump Pump if necessary. Our Drain Tile System has a "Lifetime Transferable Warranty". The Sump Pump itself has a "5-year Manufacturer's Warranty".


We repair wall Cracks using High Pressure Urethane Injection and comes with a "Lifetime Transferable Warranty"


We repair Rod Holes, repair/seal Window Sills, and also do Crawl-space Encapsulation.


We Install French Drains, Repair Chimney leaks, Egress Windows and pretty much anything else that could leak in a Basement.
