- **Refund Policy - Frontline Lockout Assistance** At Frontline Lockout Assistance, all sales are final once services are rendered. Due to the nature of our work, no refunds will be issued after keys have been cut or programmed, as these products are customized and cannot be resold or reused. Additionally, service fees for car lockouts, key programming, and key cutting are non-refundable, with no exceptions. By using our services, customers agree to this policy at the time of purchase.
