We offer a 1 Year Warranty on All our Work. Any work that we have done such as Painting, Drywall Installation or Deck Staining or Repair, We will warranty the work for 1 year. Any of the work that we have done, if it has been applied incorrectly du to improper prep work which has caused the product (paint or stain) to peal and come off, AM Painting will fix and reapply that product for free within that 1 year.
Here in Michigan with the Hot to Cold weather, this causes a lot of expanding and contracting to the foundations and structures, and can cause a surface to open up and by that can cause the paint, stain, etc to lift off and begin to peel. Our job is to do our best to prevent that from happening by a proper surface preparation and by sealing any cracks or gaps, to prevent this from happening for up to possibly 10 years or more, if the project was bid for this type of prep work for that area(s),
We also can only promise what the product guarantees as well with the proper preparation for the application of that product.
AM Painting LLC uses Sherwin Williams products. Some of their main finish products we use and believe in are Duration, Emerald, Pro Classic and Super Paint.
