- On March 25, 2019 the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs suspended the builder license of Snyder's Roofing and Eric Snyder. This suspension was based on previous enforcement action taken against Eric Snyder and his other company, All American Remodeling. Snyder and All American Remodeling were accused of doing work without a permit, failing to include their license number on contracts and violating other sections of Michigan building laws. In 2018 Snyder and All American reached two consent agreements with the State of Michigan that included license suspensions, fines and restitution. The state of Michigan says Snyder failed to fulfill the terms of those agreements. While the licenses are suspended, the State of Michigan says Snyder and his companies are barred from conducting construction work that requires a license.

The State of Michigan has suspended the Residential Builders license of both All American Remodeling and Eric Snyder for violating the terms of their license. The licenses were suspended on 3/13/2018 and, as of 3/13/2019, remain suspended due to a pending investigation.
