5 starsI was recently referred to Lisa regarding my interest in obtaining a reverse mortgage. I had limited knowledge of the procedure, but felt it might be something I should consider as I age.
Lisa proved to be an excellent resource. She was patient with me, explaining many of the terms I was not familiar with. She even managed to arrange a face to face meeting to sign and date specific forms pertinent to the process. Given the logistics of our situation, nearly 200 miles apart, this arrangement took some time and effort. All of her efforts were much appreciated. The reverse mortgage process is complete and I would heartily recommend Lisa.

She was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process, very capable, and totally reliable in following through with all aspects of the process. 5 starsMy wife and I were curious about a Reverse Mortgage. We contacted Lisa H @ The Reverse Mortgage Center to find out how it all worked. In working with Lisa, we realized we had the right person as she was professional and guided us through the process while answering a myriad of questions. Her approach was always honest, professional and patient! We could not have been happier with the result and the comfort level she created for us. 5 starsI am 78 years old and have never applied for a mortgage in my life (or, at least, not that I can remember). Lisa ***** made the process of obtaining a reverse mortgage a pleasure despite the challenges involved. If I subtract the time i was out of commission with COVID as well as the complications of a family trust, it only took us one month to obtain our reverse mortgage, from the date of application to closing. Lisa worked with my wife and I every step of the way with professionalism and a kind and caring spirit. We are most grateful for her efforts and her friendship.
