    I am 78 years old and have never applied for a mortgage in my life (or, at least, not that I can remember). Lisa ***** made the process of obtaining a reverse mortgage a pleasure despite the challenges involved. If I subtract the time i was out of commission with COVID as well as the complications of a family trust, it only took us one month to obtain our reverse mortgage, from the date of application to closing. Lisa worked with my wife and I every step of the way with professionalism and a kind and caring spirit. We are most grateful for her efforts and her friendship.

    Am finally able to respond....Lisa was the best able!!!! Sooo helpful .. so respectful.....so professional.....so gracious....kind....met every need.....pleasant....polite....respectfu.... patient...understanding....without her this wouldn't have happened.....She did everything to help it happen and way faster than normally it would take to have happen... She was phenomenal!!!!! VERY APPRECIATIVE OF ALL HER TIRELESS EFFORTS. GRATEFULLY

    Great solutions for us no children so we are liberated from our normal morgage paying over 25 years always paying morgage on time.
