      The hosting service and customer service were amazing when it was under LiquidWeb. Then customers were forced to go to Nexcess after LiquidWeb bought it, and the service is horrible. **************** is no longer answered in the US, and you are constantly told to visit a page with resources instead of having the issues fixed. LiquidWeb techs used to be able to fix issues on the spot, Nexcess creates tickets that leave no other option but to have websites with issues for hours with no resolution.My main issue is that customers like me, with several websites, were not given the option to stay with the service we signed up for. I finally gave up, transferred some of my client's sites, and just deleted several from Nexcess because I would rather start from scratch somewhere else than go through their migration process.Any small design companies with 10 to 20 website clients stay away from Nexcess.
