I am shocked at the way my team and I were treated. Came to our business to open a locked office. $319 and wouldn't take anything except cash or zelle. Asked my cashier how much money was in her register - made her feel uncomfortable. I drove to the store to use my personal card to pay and was told it was declined when he "called it into his dispatch". I explained it couldn't be declined. He said "we aren't going to debate if you are paying or not"....Which i was not trying to do but simply asked him to bill our corporate office. Then he sent me a link which i told him i was uncomfortable using. I tried to use it and immediately got a fraud alert text from my bank. My bank declined the 4 charges they attempted and I had to go get a new card. Here i am two weeks later getting calls and texts threatening me. I tried to call the office thinking they may want to know the type of employees they are employing. The first guy who answered said he was the owner and then another guy called me back and said he was the owner ....I explained I was trying to speak with someone about one of their employees and he told me to F off and never call him again because "you are the lady who scammed us".
