    6/26/25 My table was delivered damaged. I called the company right away and they said they will see if my warranty covers this. I do not think a warranty applies to receiving damaged good and that is more in line with a replacement. The could come to no resolution and asked me to submit a claim and wait 3 days. I have already submitted one complain for Transformer Table regarding borderline harrassment for weeks post accepting my payment and asking for in appropriate identifiers to prove I was me (post payment receipt, for weeks) including ID, bills, payment card information, etc...all via email.

    5/26/25, I purchased a table online from Transformer Table for $3,470 and full payment was received by TT. On 5/28 I received an email saying there was a problem with my order and they wanted me to prove my identity. This is after full payment (not pending) without fraud on my card and my name, address, etc..matching my payment information. The said I needed to send them an image of my credit card to prove my name was on it, my ID, and 2 bills or anything to show old/vs new address. I told them payment card information by email was not compliant but they insisted. I explained my info/shipping/billing addresses and name on my card were without fraud and accurate. They insisted I needed to send more documents. I submitted all documents to them by 5/30/25. They have not updated my regarding the table and are now almost 10 days keeping my funds for the table, not shipping the table, asking for in appropriate documentation, and not resolving the issue. It feels like they took my funds then after they had them, proceeded to harass me for almost 2 weeks.

    This company continues to spam me with text messages. I have emailed them and called them and asked them repeated to take me off the list but they refuse.

    Placed an order for a table set on 8/25/24, and received an estimated delivery date of 10/29/24. Then, I received an updated delivery date for mid-December. Then, received an updated date of January 14th. Nothing since. I have since reached out to the company multiple times to obtain an updated delivery time, and when I can expect my furniture - but I cannot get anyone to call or email me back.

    I purchased a table from Transformer Table 08/27/24. Expected delivery was 10/17/24. No product arrived on expected delivery. The company did not contact me to relay any delay. I reached out to the company once the delivery window passed. They customer service informed me they had oversold the order and shipment was not expected until November 2024. Upon request to escalate my complaint about this delay, I received a call back from their customer service informing me that now expected delivery was not until December or January 2025. I voiced this was not acceptable and I needed a delivered table or a refund. They do not have tables to deliver so their claims team was to call me to process a refund. When they called they would not process the refund to my debit card as it was paid to them. I have called and emailed the company. They are holding nearly $3000 USD of mine with no product delivered. This is a scam and I need my money refunded.

    I purchased a product from this company on 11/29/2024. I immediately attempted to cancel the order. I sent an email to customer support and attempted to call them. No one was available at that time so I left a message. The The automated email response stated that somebody would be in touch with me in the next 24 to 48 hours however no one called. I finally received an email four days later stating that the product had already shipped and now if I wanted to cancel, there would be cancellation fees.This was not explained on their website or in any of the **** or in the agreement. I called the company after I received that email and was told that there was no available customer service representatives after waiting on hold for 12 minutes and that I was advised to leave another voicemail. there is no customer support. Theres no assistance there is no help.
