Unethical behavior. Contacted the recipient of a pending delivery and advised that payment was declined and asked who the recipient might be receiving the arrangement from even asking for contact numbers. I placed the order for a friend to go to his mom and received confirmation of said order from Poldermans. Poldermans contacted me one day before the delivery date of today stating my payment had been declined. I forwarded Poldermans my confirmation email along with an additional email that indicated billing was done. They had no right to contact the recipient for information and this has created issues for the individual I ordered for since he is going through a divorce and now that my name is attached it could cause him undue issues. Their business practices must be the reason that they are not an accredited BBB company. I am livid that they have created such turmoil and implied to the recipient that my payment was declined. Now she thinks her son's friend is a deadbeat and to add salt to the wound they got his number from his mom and he was called and asked if he knew a ****** ***** This company needs to reprimanded for their unethical practice and causing undue stress to three individuals
