    This outfit sent us wrong parts after providing model and serial numbers. After making a call few days later they resent the right parts. weeks later I received a very disrespectful email advising that were are supposed to send the wrong parts back or will have some troubles and will be charged for the wrong parts sent to us. Once I found this out I sent the parts back that next day. A few days later a received another threatening email that that will be slandering are outfit on the internet on four different websites for stealing these wrong parts sent to us. Stay clear from this outfit the guys are trouble!!!

    This is the most dishonest outfit that I have ran into on the internet with 15 years of online sales. I have learned after dealing with them that this is a top down problem starting with the example the owner sets for his employees. Just take a look at the 3 other BBB complaints this outfit has received. I made a mistake, upon notification I made arrangements to get the incorrect part shipped back and sent the replacement the next day believing in good faith that they would do what they said. After 5 weeks of waiting and being told several times that the part was being shipped today, I made contact with the owner. He said "I will look into it today and get back to you." I waited two days with no response and then emailed and asked what he had found, 2 more days without a response. I emailed the owner and told him I would be submitting a 1 star review due to their dishonesty in this matter, I had waited 5 weeks for the return of my $180 part. He then threatened slander and started posting reviews on the internet about our business including here. We are human, we made a mistake, we immediately corrected for our mistake. They have made commitments to return several times but have never done so. It has been 5 days since the owner said he shipped it out and still no returned part. We have been in the marine business since 2008 and have never received a complaint here. Read the other complaints about this business and you will realize that you do not want to do business with INFOCUS MARINE.
