***** filing a 107 page lawsuit tomorrow totaling ******. Marsh Auto has ignored all attempts to return phone calls, dertified letters, emails, ******** messages, ect. As we were not given what we payed for which if fraud. Credit acceptance, Marsh Auto Sales, and **** Plus all should honestly be in prison. They are selling fraudulent warranties. The dealer sells a car with a **** warranty. **************** refuses to pay because there are parts on the vehicle that are not original. hence voiding warranty. Feel free to contact me by email:amandajeannarsh which is gmail We should all get together and file a lawsuit to get these crooks shut down together for good and maybe have them have to pay everyone settlement. Why has this not been attempted?

If I could give this place a 0 I would. They knew the vehicle had lock issues before I left, I was stupid enough to believe them when they said that the locks would work with the keys they gave (total lie). Like so many other customers, I bought a lemon ... I put 3K into it (TPU, breaks, oil pan, transmission pan). Some of the issues I tried to fix still didn't work right ... the vehicle alarmed when you used the key lock. It had a grinding noise at higher speeds, this was my breaking point. I called the dealership and said I would happily exchange the vehicle for something ************ was hopeful to get a decent trade in price. They said in the month I owned it, it had devalued $1900 even with the records of what I had done to it. At that rate the vehicle would depreciate to 0 in less than a year. If you look at any positive reviews it is because at time of sale they offer a gas card for a 5 star review if you do it before you leave the dealership. Needless to say, I didn't bother allowing them to s**** me over a second time, I went to a reputable dealership. I highly encourage you to go elsewhere as well.

Bought a 2018 F350 crew cab with DRW . Nice truck , but the wipers didn't work , power mirrors didn't work. Had to replace front breaks 1 week after purchase, needs rear breaks also . Didn't change the oil , 4 out of 6 tire pressure sensors don't work. Some of these are safety Issues .

Cleared the computer before selling me a $10000 vehicle. Got home and engine light came on. Never warned me of any mechanical issues sold as a great running vehicle, no issues, Very shady business. Not to mention they bounced me around to two different car sales men, took 45 minutes to find the title to the vehicle and only could find one set of keys after stating there was two. I should of walked out without the vehicle. Been a complete money pit of a vehicle.

Unfortunately I bought a truck from Marsh Auto Sales and it broke down before I even made it home. So now I'm stuck with a $10,000 payment and a truck that doesn't work. I'm a senior on social security, yes a limited budget but they only said "you bought it as is" yes ....a 45 minute truck.Shameful
