I bought a used truck from marsh auto sales. Upon doing a test drive the vehicle would not start, dead batteries. The salesman, *******, assured me that they put new batteries in it before I signed paperwork. They lied. I got home and discovered they did nothing and blatantly lied to me. Upon calling them to discuss this matter, after many unreturned phone calls and emails they refused to do anything about it and actually blocked me on social media so I could not contact them further. I checked into the reviews and it appears they have been taking advantage of people for years

I purchased a vehicle from Marsh Auto dealership. Approximately 6 months ago I called the dealership back after being informed that this was a flood recovery vehicle by several mechanics. The last one stating that the vehicle had been completely submerged because there is silt in the roof on the inside of the car. You cannot see the damage outside of the vehicle. I had constant problems with the electrical I had constant problems with the vehicle numerous repairs too many to list here. I was advised by the manager ****** to sell the vehicle to someone else. My mechanic advised me that it's very dangerous to drive this vehicle so I would never do that to someone else that's unethical. ****** then advised me to come up and get a similar vehicle and swap it out. Upon going up to Marsh the vehicle that was similar to mine when I close the sliding door the water was sloshing around still inside the vehicle. I recorded this on ******** live. It is my understanding it is illegal to sell flood recovery vehicles in the state of ******** without having it clearly on the title. We were also pushed a warranty and we purchased the extra warranty the warranty did not cover any damages whenever we put in a claim we were denied for the electrical the axles the whole breaking system was rusted through we had to do all those repairs on our own with help of our neighbors. I am an older lady I do not have a lot of experience with vehicles and I have to rely on the honesty of the dealership as well as the test drive I took. This put me in a bad situation I have my own family that I'm taking care of and my sister-in-law passed away due to covid so now I have an autistic niece and a down syndrome niece that I am taking care of during the same time my mother-in-law passed away. It was an extremely difficult time and to be told as is sale is unacceptable when this is a clear flood recovery vehicle and you tried to give me a second flood recovery vehicle.

Buyer Beware***********Only a day after purchasing our vehicle the check engine light came on and the car would not start, after having it towed to our local dealership we were told that the problem was with the cooling system and emissions after they diagnosed the problem they informed to me that the radiator was cracked and the emisions were tampered with and wiring was bypassed. Marsh only offered to cover $300 of a $2300 repair. Marsh never disclosed that there were issued that were not visibly relevant instead they deleted the error codes only to have them come back after the vehicle was purchased. We are now filing a grievance with the attorney generals office and have to go to small claims to recover our costs. what is Interesting is there are other reviews about marsh deleting codes.Watch out for this company

September 6, 2023, I purchased a 2018 **** F150 XLT as is. September 9, 2023 vehicle would not start. Check engine light came on while driving, the vehicle accelerated. I put the vehicle in nutrul, attempting to get the vehicle off the road into a parking lot I hit a pole. After battling with Marsh Auto (******)they agreed to fix the drivability of my vehicle at no cost to me. ****** authorized me to take the vehicle to Auto Lab for diagnostics then recinded it when the company expained their findings. I paid 90. For that diagnostic. September 25 Marsh Auto Sales towed the vehicle to Marsh Auto Sales, diagnosed exhaust CAM Phasors needing replaced. Forced me to sign a non disclosure, in exchange for fixing the vehicle. September 30, 2023 during business hours, I observed the vehicle and spoke with a mechanic who informed me the vehicle has not been worked on yet. I am paying for a rental indefinitely until they uphold their agreement.
