            We paid Brink Construction $13,000 to build a covered porch on our home back in August 2021. It's now January 2022 and we have no porch. We have a partial deck (with wood we bought, not them) and that's it. No hand rails, no spindles, no roof, no roof lumber, no roof hardware - nothing. The wood that is here is warped, cracked, split, and falling apart after just a couple months. The contractor also damaged the siding of our house and our door now doesn't shut properly, either!! We have made several attempts to get our money back. We received an apology, an admission of guilt, and were told to file a dispute on Square to get a refund. We did as instructed, they began the process of giving refunds in order to get "screenshots of the refunds" then canceled those refunds. We haven't received one penny back. Attached are photos of how Brink Construction left the "covered porch" that we paid them for.
