5 starsToday was the final day of having retro foam completely insulate our home. Crew #4 arrived exactly on time and promptly cleaned out the old insulation in our two crawl spaces. They then foamed the rim joists, exterior walls and the edges of the vapor barrier. Retro foam has foamed all exterior walls, our attic space and the roof deck of the attached garage. We are now completely sealed in. ******************* was our salesman, a top notch guy. We noticed over the past winter a 45% reduction in gas usage and the house is now completely draft free. Thermostat set to 67 and the temp stays about 71.

5 starsGreat ********** and friendly workers. They accidentally bumped the furnace switch causing a service call from the heating and cooling company. The sales rep gave us a number for the service guy to call and retro foam laid the bill. Excellent service cleaned up the mess. Would definitely recommend or use them again.RetroFoam of Michigan Inc

5 starsThe gentlemen that performed the insulation job at our farm went above and beyond to be sure the job was completed in a manner that was safe for housing our animals. They were very thorough in their clean up when the job was completed also. Very pleased with their performance and cleanliness. Highly recommend should you need insulation done. 5 starsRetrofoam of Michigan, Inc. is a TOP Notch Business. We selected this company to come to our home for a free estimate. They sent ****************** In short order this gentleman provided us with the information that we needed and an estimate to have our home foamed. We were impressed so we decided-to do it that day! We have no regrets. ******, from the office, scheduled the job. The first day the cleaning crew arrived on time and went to work removing the old insulation. The men were courteous and polite. They explained what to expect and got the job done without delay. Five hours from arrival they were finished and gone. The only sign they were there was a floor cover(taped down securely) left for the next day crews. And the next day crew 3, with ***************************, 2nd ******, ******, ***** and ******* arrived on time at 8 a.m. sharp. They were followed by the spray crew. These men were polite and respectful. We were advised on the procedures. And in the next five hours our home was completely(almost) foamed. These Retrofoam employees, everyone of them, displayed a work ethic second to nobody. All areas were cleaned up impeccably. We immediately noticed the difference. Now the temperature in our home remains comfortable without drafts. The furnace doesnt come on as much and we are certain the future gas bills will be lower. The reason I said almost. In our back room, which was added, I failed to point out the ceiling when Retrofoam was here. My fault, not intentional, it just didnt come to mind until some time after the work crew finished up and was gone. When I did think of it I let Retrofoam know. And without question they immediately, kindly, scheduled a crew to come and take care of it. And the two men they sent were nothing short of extraordinary. The location was not an easy place to get to but they went to work and did a great job. Better than we hoped for. In one hour we were all done. So thank you Retrofoam!RetroFoam of Michigan Inc

5 starsThe crews came out 4/20/23 and did our home. They did an amazing job and cleaned up everything. We had two crews working on our home. One crew inside and one crew outside Everything worked out well Our basement temp went up at least 5 degrees warmer with the foam insulation and crawl space. Depending on how attic insulation does this coming winter we might have them out next spring to do it alsoRetroFoam of Michigan Inc

5 starsI had Retrofoam come out and insulate my shed. They were great from the very beginning. They came out to review the site, offered some honest advice, and gave an accurate quote. 5 starsWe just had the walls of our brick home insulated by Retrofoam of Michigan. I was very pleased with their work from the very beginning to the end. Our initial estimate was handled professionally and I really appreciated that they quoted a fair price that didn't require haggling (it was nearly half of another company). On the day of the installation, the first crew actually arrived earlier than they promised and both crews were up and running right on time. They meticulously covered areas before working and cleaned up well. All 9 workers were very friendly and answered any questions I had. They were a well-oiled-machine, working carefully and quickly on the job, finishing well within the time-frame quoted.We did have an inside drywall repair that needed to be dealt with. The foam pushed the drywall in an created a sizable crack in 2 areas in our bedroom. Our home is older when only nails were used to hold up drywall. Their repairman was not available until 1-1/2 months later, but a person on the crew had also done this repair work, so they were able to do the repair right away and did a very good job of getting the drywall back in place and mudding all the holes and cracks with a very satisfactory result.They also indicated in the follow-up phone call that they would come back if I found anything wasn't as it should be with the wall.I was extremely pleased with their work, enjoyed talking with them, and actually got handshakes from almost everyone on the crew. 5 starsWe used to have a very drafty old house. Now it's still old, but no drafts at all!! They explained the process very well and you couldn't even tell they'd been (except there were no more drafts). Money VERY WELL spent.RetroFoam of Michigan Inc

5 starsCrew #2, *******, ******, *** and *******, were the best! Professional and nice and explained things to me so that I understood what was going on. They were so kind to my dog, who was a little freaked out by the noise. I literally had to turn the furnace down as it made such a difference already. I cannot recommend this company enough and will be telling EVERYONE how happy I am. The cleanup was really great also, it made a mess but you couldn't tell now.
