  The crew from Retrofoam did a fantastic job. They were on time, courteous and very professional. They explained what they would be doing at each stage of installing our spray foam insulation. They also cleaned up everything before they left. I dont want to leave out the customer service staff!! They were over the top w answering questions, helping w financing and scheduling the appointment. ??????????

  I have a 100 year old bungalow that needed the rim joists, exterior walls and sizeable attic addressed. I researched the company and made an appointment with **** for a quote. He was timely, thorough, knowledgeable and offered a fair price.Day 1- we had Crew One, ***, ****, ************* They were good at explaining what they were going to do. They had to remove our recently-painted aluminum siding and I was worried that it would go back together possibly missing paint or dented but, like *** said, we do this all the time and it turned out that my concerns were unwarranted. They also did a good job cleaning up the mess not only the vermiculite that dumped out of the back of my house like Niagara Falls, but scrubbing the residue off my siding & restoring it to its pre RetroFoam of Michigan condition.We got two crews (4 - *******, ********, *** and 6 - ***** and ******) for the inside work. I was impressed with the amount of pre-foam work that they did, laying down paper so they wouldnt walk across my floors, tarping everything so that the foam did not adhere where it was not wanted. They also talked ** through some installation options once they were in the attic and ready to begin. They were also clear that, with the lifetime guarantee, they could come back out and touch up things if we finish the space or if another need arose.Having seen just how messy the cutting back of the foam is, I am please and amazed by how tidy they were AND it was service with a smile. In addition to being skilled and efficient and working together really well as a team, they were pleasant and friendly and willing and able to explain any question I had or that they thought I might like to know.Weve had it for a day and I am shocked at how quiet our house is. We live on two very very busy metro detroit roads and, with the windows shut, it is silent. I am eager to see how it changes our monthly heating and cooling expenses!

  I had my home insulated this past week and this company is very professional and honest.I had absolutely no problems and they were complete in a timely manner I would and will recommend them to any of my friends and family.   Excellent experience. The crew was there on time. Worked all day and were eager to answer all of my questions. They even asked if it was acceptable if they played music while working. They stayed until all cleanup was done. I highly recommend Retrofoam to anyone interested in spray foam insulation.

  If you are looking for a professional company that does what they promise, when they promise, for the amount they quote - look no further. Our entire transaction from quote to all exterior walls insulated was handled quickly and efficiently. Our house is only ****+ square foot and took them approximately 2-2 1/2 hours from arrival to totally cleaned up, requested owner inspection done, packed up and leaving the driveway! Yes, the team leader requests you to walk the exterior with him when the job is finished! I was also hoping for (not promised) an added benefit of outside "noise reduction" and although we still hear some of the traffic, it is much better than it had been. This was not immediate, it took about a week before we noticed the difference. I am not one to write reviews normally but Retrofoam of ******* certainly deserves the time it takes to do so. I would highly recommend them for all insulation needs.
