    I ordered from xpluswear about 10 days ago. They said the item would ship immediately. I sent email after email. No one answer. I needed this outfit for my husband's pastors appreciation. No answer. I'm done with them! Please don't order with this company. They're horrible@

    I ****** I ordered a two piece outfit on May 2, 2025 for $79.00 and some change they took my money and I never got the outfit. And here it's June 6,2025 and still didn't get it.

    I placed an order on April 30th and 30 min later I canceled the order I contacted them and I have been lied to multiple times that the order has been cancelled AND I WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND SINCE I CANCELLED WITHIN THE 24HR PERIOD but no one has refunded my $104.96 and the order is still stating waiting to be shipped. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS

    Ordered 2 dresses totaling $99.98 paid with a credit card on 4/19/25. Today is 5/8/25 & I haven't received ANYTHING/any words yet.

    I ordered a beautiful formal gown and what I got was a Halloween costume. It took about 6 weeks to come and was definitely a joke at $79.99. I refused a portion of a refund, but paid to have it shipped back. They kept pacifying me with messages that they were working on it. After a few weeks of that, I finally disputed the charge on paypal which was denied because it was 30 days past the delivery date. DO NOT PATRONIZE THEIR BUSINESS!

    I ordered a dress for my 40th Birthday photo shoot on Feb 6th its March 12th still no dress. I did send an email about my shipment they send me some bogus email about the shipment. Ughhh, so frustrating! Then they don't refund any money. No sympathy that I didn't have a photoshoot because my dress never arrived. Terrible company. Horrible customer service skills and communication.

    This business is not reputable. They sent me a damaged dress and charged my credit card. I sent a plethora of emails and there has been no response. I requested my money back and they refuse to answer. Why isn't there a number to call them? They are scammers. My review of Xpluswear is poor. They don't deserve any stars.

    This place is a scam. I will say they are quick to respond with unhelpful emails that basically state please keep waiting for items.
    I bought 2 inexpensive items ordered sept 11th. By the 19th it was shipped. They stated it would take 7 to 10 days after they shipped it. I paid 10 dollars for shipping as well. Well I am still waiting for my items it is November 5th. They sent my items on the slowest boat that has rounded the earth twice apparently because where are my items.
    I ordered them for vacation will my vacation is over and I do not want the items anymore. I contacted them about this they told me they can't stop the delivery and I have to wait for the items. So here I am still waiting for items that I no longer need or want. They are liars and the reviews already say items are iffy. So this is my fault. Please do not get scammed by this company. They are terrible. They lie. Who knows if I will even get my items. I might have to wait forever.

    I wish that I could leave no stars. I am highly upset I order a dress Sept 8 and here we are Oct 21 and still no eta on my dress. I order it thinking I would have it in time for Nov 1 for a wedding and they have ruined that for me. I have been getting the runaround they didn't ship out until 9/18. I don't know if my dress is still in Hong Kong or what. I was told 3 to 4 weeks in sept when I sent out the first message on 9/17 then I get a email ohhh 14 to 20 days then 4-8 but this morning they tell me they are waiting on customs to release it after they just told me a few days ago they are waiting on USPS to pick up. They just lie with these generate messages they send out. There's no other way to reach them other than email. They take forever to reach back out. Now I have to run around looking for a new dress in this certain color. This is unacceptable

    This company only offered 30% of my money back for 2 dresses in perfect condition but one would not zip shut and the other needed a bunch of tailoring work.
