    I placed an order with this company on 5/24/2025. I have yet to receive this order 64 days later, and they cannot tell me where my items are. I have requested a cancellation, and a refund numerous times.

    I placed this order on July 13th 2025, as of July 31st 2025 I have still not received my order. The order was for an event and because I have not received it i will not be able to attend as it was a formal event. I requested a refund from the company for the shipping and they advised me that the carrier was already paid. My concern is i did not pay the carrier , I paid the company directly to ship me the package and they should issue me a refund for the shipping since I paid them directly.

    I ordered a dress from their website on May 5th and never received it. I have requested a refund multiple times by email and they keep telling me to wait. When the wait tine passes, they ask me to wait some more. I have been going around in circles. 8 weeks in and no product and no refund.The tracking info seems to be unreliable, my package sits in a warehouse for weeks and then moves. Nothing about them seems legitimate. I have attached multiple emails but theres more, its back and forth daily with them with no result.

    I ordered a dress and shapewear two months ago. Finally it came and the ************* wear doesnt fit. It was no need to try the shape wear because you can tell by looking that it was not going to fit. Now they wont refund full price after waiting for almost two months. This company is a scame

    I made an online purchase with this company on May 30th for ****** for two items. On the site it said up to two weeks. It is now going on 3 weeks and I have yet to receive my items. I have asked for a refund but no refund is available. I am wanting to cancel the order and I am requesting a full refund. I have also read many reviews stating that their site is a scam!

    I order the dress May 5 2025 . Contacted the XplusWear three times in the Month of May in search of my dress. They assured me the dress was on the way. May 30th 2025 still no dress. Reached out again asking me to agree to 10 percent discount on a month old dress. It is now June 16th still no dress.

    I ordered an evening gown from this website on 05/02/2025. As of today, 06/12/2025 I have yet to receive my order. I paid $49.99 plus $9.99 for shipping and handling for a total amount of $59.98.I read the shipping policy on the company's website prior to purchase. I have sent an email but have not heard back from this company. I would like my item delivered **** or my funds refunded ASAP.

    I ordered the outfits for some special occasions but did not get and updated in a timely manner. I reached out to them and the clothes are on back order so I asked for a refund. It's now two months and no response to my emails and they have no phone contact.

    Ordered a dress from this company and requested to exchange it for a larger size. I was first told exchanges weren't allowed and they would give me 1/2 off if I purchased the same item. After showing on their website others had received refunds, was told I could return, at my own expense ($17) and they would exchange. I sent dress back, sent photos of product and tracking information as they requested. They received item on May 2, 2025 and after contacting them yesterday on the status of order, the now say they do not have the product. I requested a refund of the full amount of purchase $50.46 and they will not honor this request. As a senior citizen I do not have the money to allow a company to keep it and not provide the product as ordered. I want a full refund.
