- <p>Returns will be accepted for 60 days after you receive the package. The item/s must be unused and in the original factory packaging. If an item is defective, or we send the incorrect item, we will email you a prepaid FedEx label to use for the return. For any other reason, the buyer will assume return shipping costs. Please inspect LTL/truck shipments before receiving, we do not prepay returns on truck orders for any reason.</p>
