Custom Order Products Are Exempt From Being Returned, Unless The Product Has Defects, Is Different From The Custom Details That You Provided Us, Or Is Damaged During Shipping.
To Initiate A Return, Send An Email To [email protected]. Include Your Order Number, Email Used For Billing, Reason For Return, & Whether Or Not You Are Seeking A Refund Or An Exchange. Then We Will Validate Your Receipt Of Purchase With Information Provided To Us, & Assist You With Completing The Return Or Exchange.

REFUNDS
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once Your Return Is Received & Inspected By Us, We Will Send You An Email To Notify You That We Have Received Your Returned Product. We Will Also Notify You Of An Approval Or Denial Of The Refund. If You Are Approved, Then Your Refund Will Be Processed, & A Credit Will Automatically Be Applied To Your Credit / Debit Card Or Original Method Of Payment, Within A Few Days.

Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
There Are A Few Days Of Processing Time From When We Initiate Your Credit Before The Refund Is Officially Posted. If We Email You To Notify The Refund Was Initiated & You Haven’t Received A Refund Yet, Please Check With Your Bank Or Credit Card Company To Verify If The Amount Is Pending.
