    Prior to contracting with Vivint, we were assured that all representatives would be from ******** Not the case. You reach overseas support and they either cannot understand your issue or provide the incorrect information. They are extremely resistant on sending a Technician to address ************. The equipment works only a fraction of the time. Cameras are consistently not working which has been our primary issue. You are paying ALOT of money for a security system that over 80% of the time doesn't work.We would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND Vivint as an option. Our issues with the cameras still have not been addressed-one reason provided was that their tech support hasn't found a way to make their software ablate correct our problems and they don't know when that will happen! It's unbelievable that you are stuck with paying for their system when your're not getting 100% reliable security. Everything sounded great at the beginning but we have been dealing with issues since day 1.
