This is by far the worst dealership you could ever purchase from. Their salesman are trash and liars. They want just want your money and will lie about the condition of the vehicle just to make a sale. I bought a 2015 Dodge Dart back in late March of this year. Less than 2 months later, white smoke is coming from the exhaust, tire pressure gauge was broken, cover shield of the engine was missing, and the bottom shield to protect engine from debris had fallen off. Went in for service, just to be told my warranty doesnt cover anything that needed to be taken care of. I was sold a lemon by their young untrustworthy salesman, *********************! When I took my car to the service department, Soran (a rep in the department) expressed how he told the salesman about the problems of the vehicle and the fact that even a simple shield for the engine is missing. ****** responded with, Thats not my problem!DONT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THE HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT??

I JUST TOOK MY 2020 JEEP WRANGLER RUBICON TO CHAMPION FOR A WARRANTY CLAIM. I HAVE BUBBLING UNDER THE PAINT IN MY DRIVERS DOOR. THE SERVICE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT SENSE I DIDNT BUY THE JEEP FROM THEM THEY WOULD NOT DO ANY WARRANTY WORK ON THE JEEP. I AM STILL COVERED UNDER THE MANUFACTURER WARRNTY FOR ANOTHER YEAR KEEP IN MIND. WHY WOULD A JEEP DEALER TURN AWAY A JEEP WARRANTY CLAIM?

    To whom in may concern,

In regards to review #80728. I spoke with the customer on his visit to the dealership. Customer presented a used vehicle he recently purchased from another facility. Vehicle did display corrosion issues on a couple of the door panels. I did inspect these and verified it was a warrantable item and confirmed that he still had remaining warranty on the vehicle for this concern.

The issue then arise with obtaining parts for these claims. OEM Factory Jeep body panels for these repairs have been on backorder for quite some time. We have a limited allocation that is allotted to our dealership for repairs of this nature. Due to the limited amount of parts we have deployed a policy to take care of our customers that have purchased vehicles from the dealership or that are loyal customer of the dealership first. We find it poor business not to be able to take care of our loyal customers needs. As I mentioned to Mr. ***** as parts allocations increase I would be more then happy to help with the warranty repairs for his vehicle. I did direct the customer to explore repairs at a larger dealership that will have larger parts allocations in attempts to help resolve the issue for the customer. As you can see we did not “refuse” to perform warranty repairs, we have simply reached out capacity for these types of repairs at our location.

Thank you for your time and assistance with this claim. Please let me know if there is anymore information needed in order to resolve this issue.

Purchase the Jeep from them in March only to find out in June that the air conditioner didn't work. When I took it back to them they said well. You should have brought it into the showroom and tried out the air conditioner to make sure it worked. They wouldn't fix it. Bought the insurance plan. Insurance plan doesn't cover that. You still have to pay $500 for us to tell us why the air conditioner doesn't work. Needless to say, my air conditioner still doesn't work. Just took it in to get an oil change. Made an appointment 3 weeks ago. Get there at 2:00 for a 2:30 appointment. Didn't leave until 4:30 when I asked at 4:00 where my car was. They didn't know they'd have to look and find out. I had to ask five people to help me get my car after it said it would only be an hour for an oil change. Poor poor customer service and never take my car back there again.
