    I used them to install a new furnace. I paid cash for the whole deal. Now 3 months later they are sending me a bill that already posted months ago to my bank account. Their accounting is obviously extremely incompetent; if you use them double check that they aren't trying to scam you like they are to me.

    Hello Mr. 

    There was a tune up that was completed at your home prior to you deciding to go with new equipment.  Sales will usually refund or eliminate the charge for the tune up if the equipment is purchased in a matter of days.  Sales did not notify accounting of the reversal of the charge.  You left a voicemail this morning but we have not had a chance to get a response to you yet.  We are waiving the $129 charge for the tune up.  A1 is an ethical company who has been doing business in the Lansing area for over 40 years, we are not attempting to "scam" anyone.
