    A1 mechanical put in a brand new furnace with a new built home from *********************. The furnace leaked within a couple months of moved in. Contacted them, they sent tech out to caulk. The furnace still leaked. They wont do anything necessary to fix but all they did is caulk. They came out like 5 times just to caulk. Now the furnace looks terrible with all the caulking they did, but the problem still there. They now said theres nothing they can do.

    A1 Mechanical of Michigan, LLC appreciates the opportunity to respond to customer complaint #******** of a leak at the furnace.  Previously we have made several trips to the customer's home for an attempted repair; including but not limited to replacement of the drain pan, replacement of the coil, blower speed adjustments, application of sealants, etc.  From what we have been able to figure out the leak may be condensation of warm moist air on the cool surface of the equipment.

    In response to this specific complaint, we contacted the customer on 6/24/2024 to set up a site visit and go over the system.  On 6/25/2024, a member of our leadership team along with a representative from the manufacturer performed a site visit to look over the system.  While on site, an additional concern was brought to our attention.  A service technician is scheduled to return on Tuesday 7/2/2024 to make the adjustments to the system and address the additional concern as well.  A1 Mechanical is dedicated to customer service and is confident that the adjustments will rectify the issue.
