    "They did the body work but left me pretty much hanging and he lied about the ball joint it was damaged and the window had scratches and speaker was not working and he sent to service mechanic and they didn't do nothing no estimate of the cost to fix because now It won't even start do to alot of things that got neglected while REMOVEDhad my truck in for complete repairs and no I have a truck that won't even start I trusted my truck with my family life in it so I need to make sure everything is good the truck got the best mileage I have ever got out of any vehicle so what ever happened is totally accidental related plus one of my reasons for trusting them to do the work was that they had good reviews and works on the city police vehicles so now I'm going to take it to the next level because I did try to reason with the manager so I hope this doesn't have no hard impact on them like I'm dealing with insurance company do not want to hold their part up and I talk about y state fram isn't one the place they deal because they kicked state fram out do to the cheapness not wanting to pay that's why I'm dealing with I hope this helps everyone because we are all in one big not so good spirited people the three Star was for the body work no stars for mechanic so I'm so happy to be able to do the right thing by filling this complaint to BBB and Secretary of State MI"
