    My daughter's purchase a car from EUROPEAN AUTOHAUS on 6/19/23. An 2011 Audi S4 3.0L. I consigned for her so she could buy this vehicle and get the payment down for her to afford it. She bought a warranty for the car. 1 day after purchase a transmission gear box code came up on the display. She call them and they said have it look at to determine what is wrong. The shop told her she needs a new transmission. And it would cost $15,000 to replace it. She payed $19,511.80 for the car. Apon further investigation online there was a class action lawsuit on this very same transmission gearbox problem that they must have know about before selling her this car. The warranty will only cover $5,000 of the repair which is crazy because the car was bad from the get go! She doesn't have the money to fix this car so it's just going to sit. Very upset!! Here is the lawsuit info. (******************************************************************************) as far as I can tell this is just for original owners only. I want them to pay for the new transmission. This would be the right thing to do. Or take the car back.

    I want to start this review by saying that my family and I have purchased three cars, soon to be four, and I honestly have nothing but good things to say. Obviously, there are a few things here and there that could be improved, but the chances of finding any dealership that is 100% perfect is going to be impossible. While writing this review, I took a look at other reviews on Yelp. It's really funny because if you notice, there's a huge gap between five-star reviews and one-star reviews. If you look at all the one-star reviews, all those accounts have no profile picture and have only written one or two reviews on Yelp! They're most likely not even real accounts. The other thing that made me laugh is everyone was complaining about how the car's condition wasn't what it seemed to be, like rust and stuff. People, it's 2023! If you're going to buy a car and not do something as simple as look underneath it to see if there's rust, then you have no right to complain when you find out stuff like that. When you go to the dealership, they have CARFAX for every single vehicle. You can see all the history and everything that's ever happened to the car. Overall, all the reviews on Yelp say 'beware', and all I have to say is you should probably beware if you're a fool and have absolutely no common sense or logical thinking. When people look for their car and find a car that somehow costs $5000 less than most others online, you'd think the average person would be a little bit more cautious. But no, clearly most of these people on Yelp have no idea how to look for stuff when buying a car. Finally, after buying three cars, I have nothing but good things to say. The dealership is very transparent. The salesmen are not pushy at all. And like I said above, I will be purchasing more vehicles from here in the future.
