    I paid $530 for tax services. I was assigned an accountant. The only way I could reach her was via email. No telephone number for her or the company. I sent her 10+ emails and no response. Her name is ******* ******. I sent multiple messasges on their site for someone to get back to me but no one will help me. It's frustrating and I feel like I've been scammed.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The accountant has been in regular communication with the client since the questionnaire was submitted on February 12th, providing the draft for approval on February 25th and following up multiple times for necessary information.
    There was a slight delay in scheduling a call due to unforeseen circumstances, but the accountant has remained committed to delivering the service and addressing the clients concerns. Given the ongoing support and responsiveness, we do not believe a refund is warranted.
    We will be reaching out to the client directly to resolve any remaining issues.

    We have been actively following up with the client since he submitted his questionnaire on February 12th. The draft was sent for approval on February 25th, and we've been in regular communication since then. Unfortunately, there was a delay due to prior scheduling conflicts and illness, but we confirmed our availability for a call and assured him that the necessary revisions would be made.
    His payment was received on February 25th, and we responded within 24 hours to confirm that we could schedule the call and address the issue. We do not believe there has been any intentional delay, and we remain committed to resolving any outstanding concerns.

    Chelsea had been actively following up with you since you submitted your questionnaire on February 12th, and on February 25th, she sent you the draft for approval. She also reached out multiple times to obtain the necessary information and was in regular communication throughout the process.

    After receiving your request for a call, ******* confirmed she would be available, but due to some scheduling conflicts with prior appointments, she needed to follow up once she had time. Unfortunately, she fell ill and was working on catching up, which led to a slight delay in her response.
    We did receive your payment on February 25th, and ******* responded within 24 hours, confirming she could schedule a call with you and addressing the issue with your **** *** contribution. She also promised to upload a revision once the update was made.

    While we understand your concerns, we do not believe there has been any miscommunication or intentional delay that would justify a refund. ******* has always intended to provide you with the service and is committed to resolving any outstanding issues.

    We have confirmed that ******* has since filed your return successfully, and has been in contact with you recently.

    My late father used this company to file his US Tax return I paid them to complete his return after he died Apparently it was incomplete They refuse to respond to my request for information or help I have emailed, called, and emailed again with no response
