    GM financial out sourced to this third party company for repossession and the company also manages claims when property is damaged within the process. I have two ***************** carseats for my toddlers that I had to contact GM financial about for multiple days due to the negligence for the junk yard who attempted to keep the carseats. After multiple phone calls, escalations I was finally able to obtain the carseats however, the foam within the carseats are exposed, cup holder removed and holes within the car seat. They determined the claim is invalid, despite photo proof of the damage and receipts. I've contacted them stating I would like to dispute the claim, they stated that would be fine if I provided more information. I provided more information on the 28th of September, I did not receive a response. October 16th, I followed up and requested to speak to a manger again no response. I reached out to GM Financial and they stated that they're unable to assist due it to being a third party company. The car seats are unusable due to the foam being exposed, it's damaged. This company needs to due right and refund me for the damages the junk yard which ********** ********************************************************************************* who refused to give my property and damaged it upon retrieval.     This company is the worst, my vehicle was repossessed, Friday after Thanksgiving the company that they hired to repo the car did not have a care in the world, that me and my child was out in the cold, and the company that they hired to get my car, did not put my car on a flat bed or anything, they just drove my car to the tow yard. The company that they hired to do the work was called ******** in Somerset KY. I called Loss Prevention Services several times after my payment was made to find out where my car was the rep's did not see any paperwork in the system or anything so they could not give me any information. Then on Tuesday they finally gave me the information on where my car was located. I went to go and get it and come to find out the repo company went through my whole entire car and vandalized the inside of my car, the repo also left 3 metal brackets in my car that was never in my, they stole my jewelry as well. I have called Loss Prevention several times and every time I called I was told that a manager was going to call me back. I never got a call back from them. So as of today, I finally got a call back from Bre to let me know that she is going to send me a form via email, and she is going to email the company to see if they have my items, and if they do not then they are going to give me the money back for my items. However the principle of this matter is that the tow yard drove my car, and I told her about that and she did not say anything about that. I also told her that my car is now driving funny and she did not address those issues at hand. So whatever you do try to avoid this company loss prevention services and any tow company that they deal with. They do not care about people and their personal property. This company needs to be shut down and never to re-open again!!!
