"Like so many other complaints against this company over the past few years, I too have recently experienced the same poor follow through and communication from Pella, REMOVED. On July 28, 2025, I submitted a repair request to have a 22 x 14 shattered window replaced (it should be noted, $18,000 worth of windows was purchased from Pella back in 2018)." ... Read full review
