            I bought a Vehicle from this business on October 8, 2021. I initially had applied for a black 2018 chevy malibu instead they said they accidently filed the application for a silver 2018 one and that it was brand new on the lot and was a good car. I have gotten my car inspected by another dealership several times and they found that there was a sway bar link missing and had no nuts and bolts attached that it was a safety hazard. This is how the dealership sold it to me. The airbag is a used airbag and a different color airbag that isn't for the model of car I purchased. There is bolts and screws missing around the engine causing it to shake along with battery being exposed has no cover the radiator is being held by zip ties because it doesn't have the support clips. The battery is not the correct battery or is a very bad quality battery for the car that it's causing for it not to turn on. Shifter jumper harness is needed. They gave me their word to fix it but they never did.

            NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!! They are a bunch of liars that will rip you off!!! ******* lied to my face and over text about what they did on their end of the deal until I signed the papers for the vehicle. Costing me a $1000 repair that they were supposed to take car of. They also took small interior parts of the car off before we took it home and we did not notice until I re-inspected the vehicle. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND GO TO A DIFFERENT PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR!!

            We are sorry this customer is upset, but nobody lied to him. He purchased a used vehicle as is. There were no promises made with respect to post-sale repairs. We did not remove anything from the vehicle. We have nothing further to offer this customer.
