1 starI was very disappointed in the help they provided. I was not kept in the loop. I had points with Wyndham I could have used to pay off the maintenance fees or for flights before it was cancelled completely. I had no warning. I got a letter from Wyndham for a docusign but I was afraid to sign not knowing what it was about. After contacting Newton they told me to sign it. Now I am cancelled from using any points yet I continue to get monthly charges from the Wyndham Credit card. I called Newton and was unable to connect with the a person in charge of my account. I will need to contact Wyndham myself.I have another timeshare that they referred to a ************* after a year. I was told by Newton to keep paying the yearly maintenance fee. I have paid 2 years now. When I spoke to the attorney his only advice was to stop paying the fee. (I had just paid the yearly fee for this year)He said next year not to pay and wait and see what happens. Now I have no recourse but to use this attorney. Newton Group will not longer deal with me after it sent information to an attorney.But I could have done this myself without paying Newton group anything. Now I will risk not paying and getting a ding on my credit score. Newton Group has no time limit so if it takes forever, they will not refund me once it goes to an attorney. I can't thank the Newton Group enough for living up to their excellent reputation and keeping every promise they made. They kept us informed throughout the process with courteous, professional responses to our every question, and never failed to return every phone call. Their team successfully corrected a big mistake on my part, namely when I signed a never-ending, open-ended contract that heavily favors the resort. No longer! We are finally FREE from that endless obligation, and it feels GREAT! I highly recommend Newton Group Transfers to anyone who also wishes to get that time-share monkey off their back.**** DNewton Group
