1 starNewton group is just as bad as the timeshare! Newton after 7+ years has still not gotten us out of the timeshare! We paid Newton in full when we signed up to get rid of the timeshare. They told us when we could stop paying the Timeshare maintenance fee and mortgage, we have been charged mortgage and fees and late fees for years now. The timeshare will not accept a payoff, nor will they accept the deed in lieu of foreclosure. Timeshares are a major ripoff!Im EXTREMELY disappointed, discouraged and mad with Newton group and their salesman!!Review fromStuart L.

1 starSigned with Newton better than 3 years ago to exit ********, and still nothing. Keep getting replies such as, because of Covid it's delayed, if we can actually get a reply. I feel this is absolutely ridiculous.Review fromJudy P

4 starsI found the Newton Group to be honest and professional in telling us what to expect during this transaction. They did tell us to be patient and that it could take awhile which it did, but we were contacted regularly and updated as to the progress along the way. Another factor impacting this was the arrival of the Covid virus which shut down many of the timeshare offices. It took forever and many requests from the attorneys office to get required documents. I was delighted to receive my closing documents signaling the end of this ordeal and shortly thereafter my final documentation that it was done.

5 starsEveryone we worked with at Newton Group was professional, personable and terrific. They kept us updated on a regular basis and provided options when there were decisions to be made. We are grateful for all the work they did on our behalf, ensuring that we fully understood what was happening and what we could expect. 5 starsthe Newton group is a professional group that helped get me released from my timeshare contract. I research other companies and felt they could assist me the best.they worked with me closely, altho there were several people contacting **** was released as of yesterday from my Hilton timeshare contract and am eternally grateful to the Newton Group. I think my children are even happier that it will not go to them.I am happy to recommend them to anyone interested.Newton Group

5 starsIt was another investment to exit our timeshare but necessary as we were losing money and not using it. I took my wife's advice and paid it forward so to speak and now we have been released from having to fit into another property's timeframe, maintenance and taxes on the rise, and a disappointing service from the exchange company. The only thing I still like is the location Florida and its where we have friends and plan to retire in next years. We were well treated throughout the whole process and had a number of people come up alongside us so it was professionally handled. Wanted to get a review in earlier but now I know the whole process needed to be finished which it was today through a phone call and will be getting confirmation letters in the days ahead.Newton Group
