            This chair is less then 3 months old and has a tear down the front of the chair. my children have not sat on this chair since the foam ***** are flying out everywhere. I purchased three chairs and only one has done this. I even tried sewing the seam to fix the issue. *** wrote a warranty complaint with no response, tried calling and the mailbox is full.

            Would leave zero star's if possible. I ordered an item that shipped only to *****, not my home. Never reached out or tried to update my info. Will not contact ***** to let me pick it up myself. Wants to charge me extra to have them update and ship the item. Poor response times, and was told I'll fet a refund when they get it back. No ETA on either. The program or software used is faulty, how did it confirm at checkout with both my delivery address and card information? I have contacted ***** and was told if the shipper made a quick call or email I can pick it up but ********** told me it's not their job. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!
