Horrible!!! I'm a Hospitality consultant, and was supporting a Full Service Hotel as a General manager for a brief period in Grand Rapids. My dry cleaning was dropped off on 3/21 with a scheduled pick up date of Thursday 3/23. I go to pick up my dry cleaning, Mind you 5 shirts and 2 pairs of slacks, to the tune of $45.00. However, I only get 4 Shirts back. Missing one white French Cuff Dress Shirt. The young lady at the pick up counter was the one who took in my order on Tuesday 3/21 AND recognized that I am one shirt short on my order. Skip to today Monday 3/27, and ZERO COMMINICATION as to my missing garment after 3 phone calls to follow up. So i'm ready to fly home this evening, and no response or answer as to what they are intending to do to resolve this situation. Not even an offer to compensate me for my shirt that they ADMIT to losing. I don't even live in Michigan, and am shocked how this place stays in business since losing clients clothes seems to be the norm with them rather than the exception.

My name is ***** and I am the office manager with Sheldon Cleaners.  This review is absolutely false and your threatening demeaner was even more appalling!!!!   Your actions at our store caused numerous employees to feel unsafe and the harassing phone calls were out of line!  I can't imagine that someone that was in the hospitality business would treat others like you did to our employees!  I left you a message at approximately 1:30 to discuss this issue after I had time to look into the shirt.  Yes the shirt at the current moment is missing which I acknowledged on the message I left you and yes if the shirt is found we will mail it to you in ***** or where ever you live.  Which I do not know because you did not return my call and YOU put your orders under someone else's information that you know! I also told you on the message that we may need up to 30 days to locate the shirt and then at that point if it is not found then we will reimburse.  Our goal is to find missing items and reunite them to their rightful owners!  At this point I would prefer and only feel safe to have contact via email at ***********************************************.
