I visited the Speedy Oil and Lube to day at 1;48 pm My vehicle is a ********************** I have always changed my oil in the past with this truck but due to personal physical problems, I have difficulty doing the job so I took the truck to this Speedy Oil and Lube business. When the two Speedy Lube employees started their work on my truck I told them that I especially wanted the universal joints behind the front wheels and the constant velocity joints to be greased and not missed. I was assured that every grease point would be covered. When I started to get out of my truck to observe their work, I was told to get back into the truck. When they said that they were finished with their work In asked the person who worked under the truck if he had greased the universal joints behind the front wheels, he indicated that he didn't know of grease points there. When I told the person dealing with me what his partner said he told me "we get everything we can get". My reply was that I wanted every grease point greased. At that point I got out of the truck and pointed to the area where the wheel universal joints are located, unlocked the 4X4 hub lockouts, and was again told to get back into my truck. I didn't get back into my truck but got down on my knees to be sure the other man found the joints. While the man was doing the greasing, he noticed a steering joint that he had not greased the first time and pumped grease into the joint. In the past, I have gone into this oil change business and they checked the vehicle lights, air filter, wiper blades, tire pressure, and belts. This time they did none of these things, even though their receipt indicates that they did them. The business was not very busy with other customers but I was told that they had to get the job done quickly.
